Logging activity and actions

Logging activity and actions are a key workflow within Summit to track your progress. There are a few ways to log activity and actions.
  1. Tell your coach β€œI did X today” or β€œI want to do Y”
  1. Via the Goals page by clicking on a goal/habit/milestone and logging activity/actions directly there
  1. From the Today page and logging activity/actions directly there
Typically what is easiest is just telling your coach but depending on the situation you may use one of the other options as well.

Activity are things that you have done e.g. β€œI took my dog for a walk today”
Actions are things todo e.g. β€œI need to take my dog for a walk today”
