Logging activity and actions are a key workflow within Summit to track your progress. There are a few ways to log activity and actions.
- Tell your coach βI did X todayβ or βI want to do Yβ
- Via the Goals page by clicking on a goal/habit/milestone and logging activity/actions directly there
- From the Today page and logging activity/actions directly there
Typically what is easiest is just telling your coach but depending on the situation you may use one of the other options as well.
