Your goals are organized in the “Goals” page in the app.
Goal Structure
In general goals are structured into
- Goal: the top level goal e.g. “be physically and mentally healthy”
- Habits: ongoing habits that you want to do to support your goal e.g. “daily exercise”
- Milestones: specific sub-goals with dates towards your biggest goal e.g. run a 5k
On each of these components, you can have
- Actions: these are the “todos” you are planning to do
- Activity: this is when you’ve done something and logged it
Adding a goal
To add a new goal, you can either
- Talk to your coach and say “I want to add a new goal to X”
- Go thru the add goals button on the goals page
Our recommendation is to do so by talking to your coach
Completing a goal
You can scroll down on any goal/habit/milestone and complete it via the “Complete” button
Deleting a goal
You can delete a goal by going to the goal page and tapping the button at the top right and choose “cancel” goal
